Received a top corner room with no neighbors on each side so that was a win! The room was clean and comfortable. The shower is less than desirable due to water pressure. And bring your own cosmetics. It's a Motel 6 so comfortable beds were not expected but the place was quiet and clean!
I visited oroville to see my family and this place was by far the cheapest in town we got a nice comfortable clean room
You get what you pay for but this motel 6 certainly exceeded our expectations. Room was well maintained, well equipped, and the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Will stay with them again when in town!
Our stay was better than expected. We were very happy that there was a mini microwave and refrigerator in the room. Also, it was relatively newly renovated with hard non-carpeted floors, the room felt cleaner. Only negative was there was a small water leak in the AC dripping from the intake vent, told the front desk about it after the first night. It didn't get fixed though.

Staff is so nice but the location sucks. It's dog friendly and that's great but right next to the office ramp!!? The room is soo small and the beds are soo uncomfortable that I have had back problems the last week. EDIT: Amanda at the front desk is rude, unprofessional and definitely needs to learn how to talk to people. Got a 2 star cause the other woman and guy are nice.
Which they added a few more shampoo and conditioners in the rooms. The internet is relatively fast, very clean bathroom nice shower... Service was excellent the price was on the cheaper budget side all in all a good hotel..
